Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  • Wash and dry the zucchinis thoroughly.
  • Slice the zucchinis thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the zucchinis to coat them evenly with the seasoning.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Monitor closely to prevent burning; they should be golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
