Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Select a ripe watermelon and wash it under cool water.
  • Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh into cubes.
  • Place the watermelon cubes in a large mixing bowl.
  • Crumble the feta cheese over the watermelon.
  • Add the chopped mint leaves to the bowl.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze and olive oil over the salad.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients.
