Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots grated
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Shred the green cabbage and red cabbage, and grate the carrots.
