Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce tomato, pickles for toppings
  • Mayonnaise or your favorite sauce

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and egg.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches wide.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil.
  • Cook the turkey patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • While patties are cooking, prepare the slider buns by toasting them lightly.
  • Assemble the sliders by placing a turkey patty on each bun.
  • Add your choice of toppings: lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
  • Spread mayonnaise or your favorite sauce on top.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
