Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup ketchup for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the turkey mixture and combine thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, shaping it evenly.
  • Spread ketchup over the top for a flavorful glaze.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
