Pour in the heavy cream or broth and stir well.
Add cooked tortellini to the sauce.
Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fold in fresh spinach or greens until wilted.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped basil.
