Wash and dry the fruits thoroughly.
Skewer the fruits onto the wooden sticks, leaving some space between them.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and corn syrup.
Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Increase the heat and bring to a boil without stirring.
Monitor the temperature until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
Remove from heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
Dip each skewer of fruit into the syrup, ensuring it's well-coated.
Place the coated skewers on a parchment-lined tray to cool.
Allow the candy coating to harden completely before serving.
