In a large pot, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until fully cooked.
Drain excess fat and add the diced onion and chopped bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve hot in bowls, topped with cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
