Prepare your ground meat by cooking it with taco seasoning until well combined.
While the meat cooks, chop the lettuce and dice the tomatoes.
Slice the avocado and set aside.
Once the meat is ready, assemble your bowl.
Start with a base of chopped lettuce.
Add the cooked ground meat on top of the lettuce.
Sprinkle diced tomatoes over the meat.
Add shredded cheese of your choice next.
Place the avocado slices on one side of the bowl.
Top with a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of salsa.
