Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 lb crab meat or imitation crab
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sriracha
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 sheet nori cut into strips
  • Soy sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sriracha until smooth.
  • Fold in the crab meat and chopped green onions into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread the cooked rice evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Layer the crab mixture over the rice evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and top with sliced avocado and cucumber.
  • Garnish with nori strips and a drizzle of soy sauce.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
