Ingredients

  • 2 large bell peppers diced
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until fully cooked.
