Fold in chocolate chips or desired filling.
Take a tablespoon of dough, flatten it, and place a teaspoon of the filling in the center.
Wrap the dough around the filling and roll into a ball.
Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes.
