Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in the sliced steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce over the mixture, stirring well.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
