Ingredients

  • 200 g steak thinly sliced
  • 200 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 200 g egg noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables bell peppers, carrots, broccoli
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Toss in the sliced steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce over the mixture, stirring well.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
