Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  • Marinate the flank steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil for 15 minutes.
  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  • Sear the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  • Remove steak, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
  • In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • Pour in beef broth and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, toss in the steak slices and parsley.
  • Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
