Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice the flank steak into thin strips against the grain.
