Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly.
Steam the spinach for about 2-3 minutes until wilted.
Place the steamed spinach in a blender and puree until smooth.
In a bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Make a well in the center of the flour and add the eggs and olive oil.
Pour the spinach puree into the well.
Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Roll out the dough into thin sheets.
Cut the sheets into your desired pasta shape.
Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta for 3-4 minutes.
Drain and serve with sauce or cheese.
