In a large bowl, mix the flour and water. Let it rest for 30 minutes (autolyse).
Add the sourdough starter and salt to the dough.
Mix until well combined and a shaggy dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 4 hours, folding every hour.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
Cover the loaf and let it proof for 2-3 hours until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) 30 minutes before baking.
Bake the loaf for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
