Rub the marinade all over the skirt steak.
Cover and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat.
Place the skirt steak on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
Use tongs to flip the steak; avoid piercing it.
Check for doneness using a meat thermometer (130°F for medium-rare).
Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Slice against the grain into thin strips and serve.
