Pat the sirloin tip roast dry with paper towels.
Rub the olive oil over the entire roast.
Season the roast generously with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the roast on all sides until browned.
Transfer the roast to a roasting pan.
Mix the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and pour it around the roast.
Add your choice of vegetables to the pan.
Cover the pan with foil and roast for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and continue roasting until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (135°F for medium-rare).
