Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in black beans and season with salt and pepper.
On a large sheet pan, spread a layer of tortilla chips evenly.
Spoon the meat and bean mixture over the chips.
Sprinkle both cheeses generously on top.
Add sliced jalapeños, diced tomatoes, and olives.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Top with sour cream and guacamole before serving.
