Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly.
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika on the potatoes.
Place the potatoes cut side down on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tender.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Scoop out the flesh into a bowl and mash if desired.
Serve warm, garnished with yogurt, onions, nuts, and lime juice.
