Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
Cook the salmon in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and return it to the skillet.
Drain the pasta and toss it with the sauce and salmon.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh dill and lemon wedges.
