Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta fettuccine or penne
  • 200 g salmon fillet
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the salmon in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and return it to the skillet.
  • Drain the pasta and toss it with the sauce and salmon.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh dill and lemon wedges.
