In a large bowl, combine the cooked salmon with breadcrumbs.
Add the beaten eggs, green onions, parsley, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together.
Shape the mixture into patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
Carefully place the patties in the preheated skillet.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side until golden brown.
Flip the patties and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
