Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Rinse the green beans thoroughly and trim the ends.
  • In a large bowl, combine the green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the green beans until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
  • Spread the green beans out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
