Ingredients

  • 9-12 sheets of fresh or frozen ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  • Place a layer of ravioli over the sauce, ensuring they are slightly overlapping.
  • Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the ravioli.
  • Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese on top of the ricotta.
  • Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  • Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top layer.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil.
