Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
