Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and sugar.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture, whisking until smooth.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Slice and serve once completely cooled.
