Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes

Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them.
  • Mix in salt, pepper, and any desired spices.
  • Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  • Prepare your filling of choice.
  • Take a small portion of the potato mixture and flatten it.
  • Place a teaspoon of filling in the center.

  • Roll the balls in breadcrumbs.
