Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme in a small bowl.
Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until browned.
Add chicken broth and balsamic vinegar to the skillet.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with the sauce from the skillet.
