Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin about 1 pound
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  • Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme in a small bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until browned.
  • Add chicken broth and balsamic vinegar to the skillet.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with the sauce from the skillet.
