Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • 1 cup cooked pasta penne or rotini
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced olives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  • Drain excess fat and add the pizza sauce to the beef.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cooked pasta.
  • Layer half of the pasta in a greased baking dish.
  • Spread half of the beef mixture over the pasta.
  • Add half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Repeat with the remaining pasta, beef, and cheese.
  • Top with pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
