Ingredients

  • 6 ripe peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  • Transfer the peach mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
