Ingredients

  • 1 pound of fresh carrots peeled and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and peel the carrots, then trim both ends.
  • Cut the carrots into even-sized pieces for uniform cooking.
