Ingredients

  • 1 package 15.35 oz Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Optional: crushed Oreos for garnish

Instructions

  • Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  • Transfer crumbs to a mixing bowl and combine with softened cream cheese.
  • Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Freeze the balls for at least 10 minutes to firm up.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with vegetable oil, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the baking sheet.
  • If desired, sprinkle crushed Oreos on top before the chocolate sets.
