Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups noodles rice noodles or egg noodles
  • 1 cup diced vegetables bell peppers, carrots, bok choy
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger minced
  • Fresh herbs cilantro, green onions for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
