Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, etc.
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cooked bacon or ham

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pre-made pie crust and cut it into circles to fit your muffin tin.
  • Press the crust circles into the muffin tin cups.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped vegetables.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the prepared crusts, filling them about 3/4 full.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
