Ingredients

  • 1 package of pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Assorted toppings pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives, etc.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Italian seasoning optional
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a floured surface.
  • Cut the dough into small circles (about 3 inches in diameter).
  • Place the dough circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush each dough circle lightly with olive oil.
  • Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each mini pizza.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  • Add your choice of toppings on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning for extra flavor if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh basil.
