Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, and milk.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic to the mixture.
  • Crack in the egg and mix well to combine all ingredients.
