Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef and pork.
Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Mix until well combined, but do not overwork the meat.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare your sauce of choice for serving.
Once cooked, remove meatballs and let them cool slightly.
Serve with sauce over pasta, in a sandwich, or as an appetizer.
