Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until thickened.
Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and mozzarella until melted.
Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce, mixing well.
Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
