Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Boil a pot of salted water and cook the macaroni until al dente.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute to create a roux.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until thickened.
