Ingredients

  • 200 g kani crab sticks
  • 1 medium cucumber julienned
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients on your countertop.
  • Julienne the cucumber and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  • Grate the carrot and add it to the bowl with the cucumber.
  • Slice the kani into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl.
