Wash the jalapenos and slice them in half lengthwise.
Remove the seeds and membranes for a milder flavor.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Spread breadcrumbs on top of the filled jalapenos.
Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
