Ingredients

  • 12 ice cream sandwiches
  • 2 cups of your favorite ice cream softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • Optional: crushed cookies for topping

Instructions

  • Line a round cake pan with plastic wrap for easy removal.
  • Place a layer of ice cream sandwiches at the bottom of the pan.
  • Spread a layer of softened ice cream over the sandwiches evenly.
  • Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches on top of the ice cream layer.
  • Repeat the layering process until all ice cream and sandwiches are used.
  • Top the final layer with whipped cream, smoothing it out nicely.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream layer.
  • Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles and crushed cookies if desired.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
