Gather all ingredients: chicken thighs, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger.
In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and ginger.
Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
Remove chicken from marinade and place in the skillet.
Sear chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Pour remaining marinade over the chicken in the skillet.
Reduce heat and cover, cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
Uncover and cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
