Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups pulled pork
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half without separating them.
  • Mix the pulled pork with barbecue sauce in a bowl.
  • Spread the pork mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Add a layer of coleslaw over the pulled pork.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  • Brush melted butter mixed with garlic and onion powder over the top.
  • Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
