  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and slice them lengthwise into halves.

  • Brush the zucchini halves generously with the oil mixture.
  • Place the zucchinis cut-side down on the grill.
