Ingredients

  • 2 whole fish such as sea bass or trout
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Clean the fish thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Brush both sides of the fish with olive oil.

  • Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, minced garlic, and fresh herbs.
  • Place the fish on the grill, skin side down.
  • Grill for about 6-8 minutes before flipping.
  • Carefully flip the fish and grill for another 6-8 minutes.
  • Check for doneness; the flesh should be opaque and flake easily.
  • Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
