Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Clean the fish thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of the fish with olive oil.
Season the fish with salt and pepper inside and out.
Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, minced garlic, and fresh herbs.
Place the fish on the grill, skin side down.
Grill for about 6-8 minutes before flipping.
Carefully flip the fish and grill for another 6-8 minutes.
Check for doneness; the flesh should be opaque and flake easily.
Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
