  • 2 whole fish like sea bass or trout
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • Fresh herbs like parsley or rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic cloves sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Clean the fish thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Rub olive oil over the fish, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Season the fish inside and out with salt and pepper.
  • Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
  • Place the fish on the grill grates diagonally.
  • Grill the fish for about 5-7 minutes on one side.
  • Carefully flip the fish using a spatula or grilling tongs.
  • Grill for another 5-7 minutes until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily.
  • Remove the fish from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
