Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • cooking spray or oil for the pan

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, egg, and milk until smooth.
