In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
In a small saucepan, mix grape jelly and barbecue sauce over low heat until smooth.
Pour half of the sauce over the meatballs, coating them evenly.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and pour the remaining sauce over the meatballs.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
