Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • In a small saucepan, mix grape jelly and barbecue sauce over low heat until smooth.
  • Pour half of the sauce over the meatballs, coating them evenly.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and pour the remaining sauce over the meatballs.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
