Ingredients

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg until combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the 2 eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk; mix well.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake crust.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Allow to cool completely before slicing.
  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
